David began as a jet engine mechanic for the U.S. Air Force and has worked in aircraft maintenance for over 20 years. He is working toward his NCATT AET Certification and is close to finishing his A.A.S. degree.
Shane worked on AH-64 Apache Helicopters for the U.S. Army. He has earned his FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate and also holds an FAA Inspection Authorization.
As chief pilot, Don directs operations and training. An expert at aerial application, Don is also a certified flight instructor and flies for aeromedical evacuation.
Kole is also Mike and Trisha's son and assists the ground crew as needed when additional personnel are required.
Donne farms in Jefferson County. He runs the ground crew by operating vehicles, loading spreaders and managing inventory.
As Coordinator, Kylon oversees the entire operation from start to finish. He builds the navigation plan, directs the pilots and ground crew and ensures customer satisfaction.
Kyle is also Mike and Trisha Kash's son and assists the ground crew as needed during peak season.
Gerald has worked for Kash Family Farms for several years and helps whenever needed. His duties include vehicle operation, managing supplies and equipment, and working the fertilizer bucket and spray unit.
Adam works on the Kash farm and assists the ground crew with their duties such as vehicle operation, product handling and helicopter refueling.
Jarrod works on the family farm alongside his parents and helps with KHS as needed, including semi driving, product handling and helicopter refueling.
Ryan works on the ground crew, and his duties include vehicle operation, loading chemicals and refueling. He also assists with satellite guidance as needed.
Dan began his helicopter career in 2006 as a flight instructor. He is an experienced aerial applicator and enjoys the challenges of flying the fertilizer bucket.
